Location: Co. Dublin
Our client is a small company experiencing double digit growth year on year. It sells IT Consumables, office supplies and stationery products to SME and mid sized commercials in Dublinregion. It is a fun place to work with many of its team working with them for 5 years or more.
 
Staff are targeted on Monthly GP and a two hour talk time per day. Indeed commission earnings are uncapped 
and interestingly management insist that commissions are paid on occasion when GP targets are not reached
The team work closely to ensure that all staff excel and fully trained up on product and sales skills.
 

Brands: HP, Xerox, Microsoft, Kingston, Cisco, Toshiba, Brother, LG, Logitech, Acer etc.

 
Key Responsibilities
  • Generating business through outbound & inbound calls to new and existing customers as per defined target.
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell products and increase the order value from each customer.
  • Welcoming all customers to the showroom and dealing with direct face to face sales.
  • Handling inbound calls from new and existing customers, dealing with all enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Inputting orders, ensuring that all information is accurate and that all orders are processed on time.
  • Dealing with any sales queries, making sure that all issues are resolved efficiently.
 
Person Specification
  • 3+ years' experience in technology business account management
  • Strong sales foundation with focused ability to manage pipeline.
  • Energetic, personable, ambitious, and determined with awareness of managing top tier accounts
  • Exceptional client relationship skills at a corporate level.
  • The ability to work on your own initiative, and also within a team.
  • Previous experience in a phone based role.
  • Strong self-discipline, business organisation and administrative abilities.
  • Great planning and reporting skills.
 
 
Remuneration:
  • The base salary range is €30k - €35k plus an additional uncapped €6k - €10k commission plan.
