Client Relationship Manager – FM + Building Maintenance
Our client is seeking a Business Relationship Manager to account manage and seek new contracts with contractors in Real Estate, Facilities Management & Building Maintenance sectors nationwide. 
 
The company:
The client is already a market leader for 20+ years and part of a UK group of companies in Ireland.
 
Key skills:
  • 5+ years in B2B environment.
  • Background in construction, engineering or Facilities Management.
  • Existing relationship with Specifiers, Architects, Designers & Building Contractors.
  • Bid & Tender writing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills - Oral & Written
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Professional approach to conducting business
  • Client relationship development skills.
 
Remuneration:
It is expected the salary will be circa €34k; a €13k uncapped commission plan & company car.
