BDM – Sales CRM background - €90k OTE

Company Background

Our client is one of Ireland’s largest suppliers of data management services.  They provide expertise, advanced technology and experience of raw data and change it into meaningful information to give their clients the edge they need in an extremely competitive sales & marketing environment. They maintain Ireland's most accurate databases and offer data profiling, hygiene and capture together with address validation and correction. This is a new role has been created to target Tier 1 Corporate & Enterprise level accounts.

• At least 3 years business development experience preferably in CRM sales.
• A proven track record of new business sales & effective account management.
• Ability to be a self-starter showing unique individual initiative to maximise revenue targets.
• You will be technically savvy & demonstrate excellent ability to work with IT systems.
• Superb communication skills both written & verbal with an engaging personality. 
• Tenacious & proactive; resilient & self-motivated to remove obstacles, overcome challenges.

• Strong interpersonal & communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities concurrently & work well under deadline pressure
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities within a fast paced environment
