Location: Co. Dublin
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to work as an Account Manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and excellence and strong organisation and administrative skills and experience.
 
You will work directly with the Relationship Managers and their clients to understand and meet their requirements, delivering the superior service levels that our client delivers to its client base.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Working closely with Relationship Managers, proactive management of accounts, building and maintaining an excellent working relationship with key contacts and drivers
  • Deliver to agreed annual client account and car fleet targets – based on individual and company objectives
  • Management of the new vehicle renewals process, liaising with drivers from quotation to delivery stage.
  • Preparation of quotations for new vehicle purchases and leases
  • Ensure all requested work is completed in shortest possible timeframe and/or in line with service level
  • agreements
  • Ensure effective resolution of client queries and issues to agreed timeframes.
  • Proactively update clients on changes to their cost base and on best car policy in each grade
  • Preparation of reports as required
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure business and customer objectives are met
  • Update and maintain all client records in a timely fashion and accurately, ensuring all necessary
  • documentation is on file/in progress
  • Work closely with the Relationship Manager in relation to the client account progress and feedback from
  • customers
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management
 
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Account Management and/or customer relationship roles desirable, but not essential
  • Energetic self-starter, team-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to building strong business relationships with clients, focused on exceeding client expectations
  • Strong organisational, presentation, and communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Ability to communicate confidently and effectively
  • Excellent work ethic and ability to work to deadlines and/or under pressure
  • Ability to work in a fast-pace environment, with flexibility and ability to multitask
  • Extensive IT skills - Microsof Office, email, etc.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel for managing and reporting account information
 
Remuneration:
Salary is late twenties plus annual 10% bonus based on discretionary KPIs.
