Sales Executive - Leinster Region - Washroom

Our client operates a network of state of the art laundries, equipped with the most technically advanced washing, drying, folding & sorting equipment available on the Irish market today.  They are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Executive based in Dublin who has the ability to grow & develop our entire product range for the following three core areas of their business in the market.

• Washroom Hygiene
• Workwear Rental
• Dust control Mats Rental

This role will report directly to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Meet agreed sales targets and identify new market opportunities
• Communicate with sales team effectively and work closely with them to ensure the highest standards in customer service
• Active management of the full sales cycle & on-going development of current accounts
• Work within pricing policy & margins defined by the Sales & Marketing Director
• Develop  contact with existing customers with a view to developing further business
• Provide quotations for business and negotiating terms, conditions & price
• Complete of relevant order paperwork and regular updating of company database
• Provide a professional responsive service to customers
• Provide timely sales analysis reports to the Sales & Marketing Director and sales team
• Deliver presentations and solution proposals to senior management.

Key Requirements

• The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and the delivery of results
• Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills and a high degree of drive and ambition
• Flexible outlook with a ‘can do’ attitude to work
• Candidates should be focused on achievement of targets and be able to become an integral part of the sales team
• The successful candidate must be an excellent communicator with the ability to present the company in a professional manner
• Self-motivated, time management, organisational skills & good business acumen are essential
• Good computer skills
• Full clean drivers licence.

Remuneration:

• The base salary is €35k + €15k uncapped commission plan + car.
